Ingredients
- 3 scoops (40g) of Tri Blend Banana
- 1 ripe banana
- 80g oatmeal
- 60ml almond drink (sweet or unsweetened – as you like)
- 40g dried apricots
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Method
Preheat the oven to 170 ° C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until you get a smooth dough. Pour 1/8 of the mixture on the paper and spread with the back of a spoon to form an 8 cm cookie. Repeat with the rest of the mixture. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes. Remove from the oven and transfer the cookies to a wire rack to let them cool.
