Servings 10
Ingredients
- 3 measuring spoons of new F1 Banana Cream
- 2 measuring spoons of PDM
- 100 g Multifiber Drink powder
- 5 bananas
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Enough almond shavings to sprinkle the bread
- 1 banana for decoration
Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender, then mix everything until you get a smooth mixture. Cover the pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan and pat the pan on the counter to avoid air bubbles in the batter. Cut 1 banana in half and place the two halves on the dough. Sprinkle with almond shavings. Bake for 45 minutes at 175 degrees. Use a utensil to check whether the banana bread is cooked inside and if necessary leave it a little longer. (The bread stays smooth anyway and won’t get completely ‘dry’). If the top part turns brown a little too quickly, it is advisable to cover the banana bread with the edge of the parchment paper so that it does not burn. When cooking is finished.
