Ingredients
- 12 dates
- 6 tablespoons of oatmeal
- 20 grams of pecans
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of F1 Herbalife Raspberries & Blueberries
- 1 measuring spoon of Protein Drink Mix
- 2 eggs
- 500 grams of lean white cheese
- A little coconut oil to grease the dish
Method
The bottom: Pit the dates and put them in a food processor. Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan. Add it to the dates, along with the pecans and oatmeal. Mix this to get a whole. Place a sheet of baking paper at the bottom of a round cake pan and divide the contents of the food processor on top. Then press it down with your fingers until it is almost even all over. Put the mold in the refrigerator so that the bottom can stiffen. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 ° C. The filling: Beat the eggs in an airy way and add the low-fat cottage cheese, the spoonfuls of F1 Raspberries-Blueberries and PDM. Stir well to get a set. Take the pan out of the refrigerator and brush the sides with melted coconut oil. Pour the cheesecake mixture at the bottom and smooth it out with the back of a spoon. Bake the cheesecake in 50 minutes. Finally, let the cake cool and keep it in the fridge!
