Chocolate Brownies & Smoothie with chocolate. Excerpt from SKAI’s TV show “Dot.” of Saturday, May 2, 2020, in which the presenters of the show Nancy Zampetoglou and Thanasis Anagnostopoulos prepared 2 nutritional and healthy recipes using the products of Herbalife Nutrition.
Chocolate Brownies Ingredients
- 400 g black canned beans, drained and washed
- 2 eggs
- 45 g of cocoa powder
- 100 g seedless dates
- 2 tbsp. baking powder
- 125 ml of boiling water
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 scoops (52 g) F1 Smooth Chocolate
- Suitable for Vegetarian

A recipe for brownies full of nutrients! It contains black beans and dates to provide you with extra protein and edible fiber. The addition of F1 Smooth Chocolate makes brownies delicious.
Preheat the oven to 170 ° C and place a greased pan in a 23 cm square pan.
Soak the dates in boiling water for 15 minutes.
Put the beans and eggs in a blender and beat until smooth. Add the dates and water, baking powder, F1 and olive oil to the blender and mix again.
Transfer the mixture to the pan and bake for 20 minutes. When it is ready, let it cool and then cut it into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
Smoothie with chocolate
A velvety and creamy smoothie with a wonderful chocolate aroma. This drink provides enhanced protein intake.
- 1 ½ scoop (40 g) F1 Banana Cream
- 300 ml sugar-free almond drink
- 25 g chopped almonds
- 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp. agave or maple syrup
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix.
- Pour the mixture into a glass (where you can also add ice) and enjoy.
