The last two months of winter are usually the coldest. What a joy to be able to warm up with a good cup of soup. This tomato soup has a good amount of protein and fiber, which makes you feel full for longer. Soybeans give you crouton effects in your balanced lunch.

Ingredients
- 8 c. Gourmet Tomato Soup
- 1 bag of soybeans
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 red peppers
- 1 kg of ripe tomatoes
- 2 sprigs of basil
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 1 peeled cucumber
- Juice of 1/4 lime
Method
Grill 1 pepper. Peel the onion and garlic and cut them into half rings. Then fry it in a pan. Wash the peppers, tomatoes and cut them into large pieces. Add the tomatoes, peppers and herbs to the pot with 500 ml of water, lower the heat and put a lid on the pot. When it’s done right, do it all in a food processor or blender. Add the cucumber, lime juice and Gourmet Powdered Tomato Soup and mix until smooth. Pour the soup into bowls. Cut the roasted pepper into pieces and pick a few herbs from the twigs, sprinkle everything on the 4 soup bowls. Empty the bag of soy nuts, divided over the bowls.
