Ingredients
- 2 Formula1 Strawberry spoons
- 120 ml semi-skimmed milk or soy milk
- 120 ml Greek yogurt 2% fat
- 75g frozen mixed berries
Method
These frozen treats are easy to make. In fact, they are very similar to making a Herbalife Formula 1 shake. The only difference is that you add yogurt to make the mixture thicker and creamier. You should also wait at least two hours before the popsicles are properly frozen. It must therefore be taken into account. Add all the ingredients in order to the blender. Mix to obtain a smooth mixture. Carefully pour into four popsicle molds and wait at least 2 hours before you can eat them.
