Sometimes you feel like a bowl of yogurt with breakfast cereal, but you don’t want to miss out on your F1 nutrition either. Then this granola is an ideal breakfast to prepare. Especially when you need a good foundation for your active morning or before you start exercising, this breakfast gives you the nutrients you need. Very easy, quick and easy to prepare and can be stored for about 3 days in a closed jar.

Ingredients
- 2 measuring spoons F1 Vanilla
- 1 C. Multifiber Drink
- 1 C. PDM
- 60 g of mixed nuts
- 225 g oatmeal
- 1 C. sunflower seeds
- 25 g coconut shavings
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons of coconut oil
- 25 g of honey
- 1 banana
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Coarsely chop the nuts and put them in a bowl. Add the oatmeal, sunflower seeds, coconut shavings, F1 vanilla, multi-fiber powder, sugar and cinnamon. Stir well. Melt the coconut oil and honey in a saucepan. Mash the banana and add it to the pan. Then add the entire contents of the saucepan to the bowl of ingredients and mix well. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Let the granola cool and mix it in your yogurt.
