Herbalife Nutrition Gummy Stars and Hearts
are Light & tasty bites that will give joy to your daily life. This recipe is rich in dietary supplements, so be prudent with daily consumption.
Maximum daily consumption: 15 gummies.
Components:
- 50ml cold water
- 5 kg (20g) gelatin powder
- 300ml boiled water
- 2 sachets (7.4 g) Immune Booster
- 1 serving (7.5 g) Concentrated Aloe Juice with Mango Flavor
- 2 servings (3.4 g) Instant Herbalife Nutrition Herbal Drink with lemon flavor
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
Method:
- Align the base and sides of a baking tray (900g), 18 an 18cm cake tin with non-stick paper / cling film, or use small jar cases.
- Place the 50ml of cold water in a heated jug or small bowl, then spray the gelatin on top and mix. Set aside for a few minutes.
- Place the boiled water in a separate jug or bowl and add the Instant Herbal Drink, with lemon flavor and lime juice. Stir until smooth.
- Now place the jug with the gelatin and water in a saucepan with a few inches of hot water, over medium heat. As the water in the pot heats up and simmers for a few minutes, the gelatin mixture in the jug will dissolve and turn into a thick syrup. Now remove the jug from the pot.
- Pour a quarter of the water mixture with the Instant Herbal Drink, with lemon flavor, into the mixture with the gelatin, mix well, then pour the rest of the mixture with the water, and continue to mix until homogeneous. Once the mixture has cooled slightly add the Immune Booster and Aloe and mix until well dissolved.
- Now pour the mixture into the pan or trays and place them in the refrigerator or freezer to stabilize the mixture. They only need 15 minutes in the freezer (do not let them literally freeze!) Or about 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Take them out of the fridge and place the mixture on a clean piece of paper and then cut it into a star and heart shape!
