tip: In order for the kadaifi to remain crisp, it must be cold and the filling hot.

Ingredients

For the base:
  • Καν kadaifi sheet package
  • 90g pack
  • 230g butter, melted
  • 120 ml syrup
For the filling:
  • 230g mozzarella, grated
  • 480 ml γάλα, πλήρες
  • 40g semolina, finely chopped
  • 20g Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla
  • 30g Herbalife Oats, Apple and Edible Fibers
  • 300g sugar, crystalline
  • 200 ml of water
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. rose water
For serving:

30 g of Aegina peanuts, broken

Implementation

  1. For the syrup: Place a saucepan over medium to high heat, add all the ingredients except the flower water and as soon as they get a boil, lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Once the syrup is ready, remove from the heat, add the flower water and set aside to cool completely.
  3. For the base: Preheat the oven to 180 ° C in air and place a grill in the middle.
  4. Then, remove the kadaifi, place it in portions in the multi-cutter with the knives and beat it until it is completely crumbled. We empty each dose we prepare into a large bowl.
  5. Then, in the above bowl, empty the pan with the melted butter and syrup and mix very well with your hands.
  6. Then, lightly butter a round cake pan with a diameter of 24 cm, pour in the kadaifi, spread it with your hands, creating walls and press the sheet very well with the bottom of a glass.
  7. For the filling: Place a saucepan over medium to high heat, add the milk and heat.
  8. Then add the semolina, Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla, Herbalife Oats, Apple and Edible Fiber and stir constantly with a hand whisk for 2 minutes until the mixture sets.
  9. Immediately after, pour the contents of the pot into a large bowl together with the mozzarella and stir with a spoon.
  10. Then transfer the filling to the form with the sheet, smooth the surface of the cream with a spoon and bake for 30-40 minutes. Once it is ready, let it cool for 60 minutes.
  11. Finally, unmold the cake on a plate, pour 60ml of the syrup, sprinkle with peanuts, cut into pieces and serve.
