Ingredients
- 1 measuring spoon of Formula 1 Vanilla (13 g)
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of chickpeas (cooked beforehand)
- 40 g of corn
- ½ garlic clove
- 5 ml olive oil
- 35 g light cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- Pepper / salt / chili flakes / parsley of your choice
Method
Finely chop the half garlic clove and place it in a blender with all the other ingredients except the eggs. Mix until you get a smooth hummus. Season it to your liking with pepper, salt, paprika powder and / or chili flakes. Beat the two eggs to obtain a light mixture and cook an omelet. Place the latter on a plate. Spread the hummus on half of the omelet and fold it over. Serve on a nice board or plate after sprinkling with parsley. Enjoy your meal !
