Chia seeds contain 34.4g of fiber, 17.8g of omega-3 fatty acids, 407mg of potassium and 335mg of magnesium per 100g of crude. Combine them with your favorite Herbalife Nutrition Formula 1 drink (and a few more ingredients) and enjoy a delicious and at the same time nutritious treat! Ingredients
- 2 scoops Herbalife Nutrition Formula 1 Strawberry Delight
- 250ml skim milk (or an alternative vegetable beverage, such as soy, coconut, almond etc.)
- 2 tbsp. White chia seeds
- 70g forest fruits
Method
- Pour Formula 1, milk and chia seeds into a lid-lined jar. Shake well and allow to sit for 10 minutes, or until the mixture begins to set, shaking it every so often.
- While you wait, melt the forest fruits with a fork and spread them on the bottom of a glass or bowl. Gently pour the Formula 1 mixture over the melted fruit.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for several hours (or even overnight) until frozen.
