Ingredients
- 5 measuring spoons (50 g) of H24 Rebuild Strength
- 1 banana
- 75 g whole yogurt
- 250 ml almond milk
- 100 g oats
- Mixed fruit for garnish
Method
Place all ingredients, except oatmeal, in a blender and blend until smooth. Put the oatmeal in a glass or jar and pour the mixture over it. Mix everything together and refrigerate overnight. Add fresh fruit in the morning and voila!
