Rebuild Strength du Matin

This breakfast is ideal if you’ve had a good workout in the evening. With this delicious Rebuild Strength recipe, you can optimally recover the next morning while enjoying a delicious and nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 5 measuring spoons (50 g) of H24 Rebuild Strength
  • 1 banana
  • 75 g whole yogurt
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 100 g oats
  • Mixed fruit for garnish

Method

Place all ingredients, except oatmeal, in a blender and blend until smooth. Put the oatmeal in a glass or jar and pour the mixture over it. Mix everything together and refrigerate overnight. Add fresh fruit in the morning and voila!
