Ingredients
- 250ml Semi-Skimmed Milk (1.5%)
- 75g Strawberries
- 50g Red Beetroot (Unsalted)
- 2 Tablespoons Low-Fat Cream Cheese
- 2 Scoops (26g) Formula 1 Vanilla*
- 4 Ice Cubes
Method
Slice the beetroot and strawberries. Add all ingredients into the blender and mix until desired consistency is achieved. Serve straight away (this shake tastes best when it’s cold!). You can garnish the serving glass with a slice of strawberry.
