Method

The “dough” for the bottom is good when it forms a big sticky ball (tip: if the dough is not sticky enough, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water). Divide batter on bottom of baking paper in muffin cups, press down firmly with back of a spoon. Filling For the filling, you must mix all the ingredients (including the cashews) in a food processor until you obtain a smooth consistency. Divide the filling with a spoon on the bottom of the mussels. Now put the tarts in the freezer for an hour to stiffen, you can then keep it in the refrigerator. Serve with sliced strawberries and optionally with grated coconut.
