- 2 eggs
- 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- 180 g almond flour
- 100 g pistachios, unsalted

Method
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Beat the eggs lightly in a large bowl, add the rest of the wet ingredients and mix well. Then add the Herbalife Gourmet soup powder and knead until you obtain a smooth mass without lumps. Chop the pistachios in half. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything together.
