Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 scoop (15 ml) AloeMax or Aloe Juice Concentrated Mango Flavor
- ½ box (200 ml) low-fat coconut milk
- 4 scoops (24 g) Formula 3 Personalized Proteins in Powder
- 1 scoop (26 γρ.) Formula 1 Banana Cream
- Grate orange peel and juice of 1 lime
Method
- Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
- Place the flesh in the blender and add the AloeMax / Mango Concentrated Aloe Juice, Coconut Milk, Formula 3 Personalized Protein Powder, Formula 1 Banana Cream, orange zest and lime juice.
- Beat the ingredients well until a uniform, viscous mixture is formed.
- Serve in glasses or bowls and garnish with lime zest.
Tip: place the mixture on an ice cream machine for a delicious iced dessert!
