Love Hummus

This love-colored Hummus with a touch of originality is low in sugar and rich in protein. Not for honeyed couples, but for “hard lovers” filled with a burning passion. You can enjoy it in different ways: you can spread it on toast with avocado and pine nuts or use it as a delicious sauce for vegetable sticks. What’s great: the mash is completely KISSPROOF! So you can prepare it with your Valentine in the kitchen, then go (with the sauce) to another room… Are you single? So put in a good clove of garlic and call your friends for a good night out. Guaranteed success!

Συστατικά

  • 4 portions (24 g) Formula 3 PPP
  • 2 small raw red beets (whole 175 g)
  • 1x 400g can of chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
  • 2 royal teaspoons of cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon of tahini
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

To serve : Sesame seeds and A few coriander leaves

Μέθοδος:

Peel the beets, cut them into large pieces and put them in a food processor. Drain the chickpeas and collect their water. Add the chickpeas to the beets then add the finely chopped cilantro, cumin powder, tahini, Formula 3 PPP, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix everything well and add a little chickpea water to make the mixture a little more fluid. Pour the mixture into a bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds and a few cilantro leaves.
