There is no better way to support the national team during the World Cup than with these Devilish tarts in the colors of the Belgian flag. They are tasty, easy to make and good for the figure. When you bite into it, you access through the crispy oatmeal crust to the F1 pudding cream layer, which is topped with fruit in the most beautiful color combination in the world. Go Devils!

FOR THE BOTTOM
- 1 measuring spoon of PDM
- 150g oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of hot water
FOR GARNISH 3
- measuring spoons of F1 Vanilla
- 2 measuring spoons of PDM
- 200 ml of cold water
- 50 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 15 blackberries
- 10 strawberries
- 1 can of peach halves in syrup
Μέθοδος:
The bottom is made by mixing the oatmeal, honey, coconut oil, PDM and water in a bowl. Make a solid sticky mass and cover the edge and the bottom of the mold in order to obtain cups with a mixture of oatmeal. You may use paper molds to successfully remove the tarts from the mold. Press down well with the back of a spoon or your fingers. Bake the mussels for about 30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. In the meantime, combine the water, almond milk, PDM and F1 vanilla in a blender to form a thick pudding. Cut a few strawberries and peaches in half (a few times). When the bottom is ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a while (20min). Then fill with the pudding mixture. To finish, cover the fruit tarts in the correct combination being black, yellow and red. Let the match begin!
