Servings 8
Ingredients
- 4 measuring spoons of F1 Spicy Apple
- 250g wholemeal spelled flour
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 C. tablespoon of yeast
- 3 apples
- 2 handfuls of raisins
- 3 tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon of honey
- 3 dates
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil
Method
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Peel two apples and cut them into pieces. Place the apples in a bowl with the raisins, cinnamon and honey, then mix well. Then put the F1, flour, baking powder, eggs, dates, almond milk, honey and olive oil in a food processor. Turn it all into a smooth paste. Then join the two mixtures together and mix well. Line a pie pan with parchment paper, don’t forget to cover the bottom and sides of the pan well. Pour the dough into the mold and press it lightly into the bottom. Cut the third apple into slices and place them on the pie. Bake the pie for 35 minutes and check with a skewer if it is well done. Does the skewer stay dry? Your pie is then ready to be served!
