Ingredients
- 2 chicken cutlets, marinated in teriyaki sauce, grilled, cooled
- 1 pear, peeled and diced
- 10 black grapes
- 1 clementine
- 1 yellow pepper, cut into julienne
- 1 carrot, cut into julienne
- 1/4 avocado, diced
- 1 red onion, minced
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 150 g of broccoli
- 1 bag of assorted salads or baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- a pinch of white pepper
Method
Cut the chicken cutlets into strips and place them in a salad bowl with the other ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine the dressing ingredients. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and mix.
